Hey guys, I am stuck at like 16% on Lost and damned, I have only started playing few hours ago, I did about 6 missions, the first race is up , i cant frigging get 1st place, i am sick of trying, there is NOTHING to do!! No missions! I did a search for this and people said try calling everyone in phone ... I did that , they all say that the number is not valid or whatever,. all I can do it take Jim out,,, should i keep taking him out? i have twice already, its not that I have to beat the race to progress in the missions is it>?>??> that would suck!!

still nothing, went out 3 more times...no suggestions?? im starting a new game now, its been 4 hours,,,,

I can't think of any solution except winning that race. C'mon, a race against the AI?!?! How hard could it be?!

im with GTA Fear i was able to do 20 of those races and got the Tophey (yes i have PS3)

i found the TLAD races easier than the ones on GTA IV... and i do believe in order for the story to continue you would have to do the race (THIS is the ONLY race that you are forced to do)

no you dont have to do any race to complete the story, what is the last mission you did ?

If you cant win this race you will struggle with the future races you come across. Just figure out what your doing wrong. Hittin cars, losing it on corners.Whatever it is just fix it. If your trying to knock them off their bikes my advice is, do that at the start or if you feel 100% sure you can get them off, otherwise just concentrate on the driving.
