Handling/Peds/Vehoff mod by 429project

!!!WARNING THIS IS ONLY FOR PPL WHO USE STEERING WHEEL WHILE DRIVING OR WANT TO USE THERE WHEEL 1.0.7.0!!!!



i am realy looking for an update on the firstperson mod 1.22 i would like to disable it while driving.

Befor installing this mod, it is recomended that you remove all enb files from the Grand Theft Auto IV subfolders can be ignored, in case of lag you might want to remove all enb files subfolders also.

Download US version: Down becouse of increese memory usage, working on it.

Handling might change during missions, try pressing M
The sultanrs aka bmw e36 is the most fine tuned car, but all others are pretty realistic to.
To spawn a car press " ~ " with out the quotes then type "spawn sultanrs" with out the quotes.
